As a Dishwasher-Busser at Pacific Seafood, you will play a vital role within the Retail team, supporting the kitchen staff by maintaining a clean and safe environment that allows for excellent guest service. This role is not only about ensuring cleanliness but also about contributing to a seamless guest experience through effective teamwork and adaptability. Ideal candidates will be friendly, approachable, and willing to engage with the dynamic environment of a seafood retail and dining operation. The position involves dishwashing operations, bussing and resetting tables, and adhering to strict food and beverage safety and sanitation standards. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean work environment are essential.
The position requires physical activity, including walking, reaching, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, and close visual acuity, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, as well as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. These physical demands ensure the essential functions of the job are met safely and effectively. Job Qualifications
