Job Duties

maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of dishes, flatware, cookware, cups, and kitchen implements
ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station, such as overseeing the three-part sinks and dishwashing machinery
ensure all equipment is sanitized and properly functioning, informing management of any defects
complete light custodial and maintenance responsibilities as necessary
offer top-notch service to clients with a professional and upbeat approach
comply with all safety measures set forth by Aramark, specifically focusing on food hygiene and sanitation criteria
protect and uphold the integrity of corporate properties
