Ability to place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on both low and high shelves
Ability to work in hot and damp environments

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen utensils
Place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on both low and high shelves
Work efficiently in hot and damp environments
Assist cooks and servers by maintaining supply availability
Perform various back of house tasks as needed
Ensure kitchen sanitation standards are met
Support team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
