Job Duties

clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen utensils
assist cooks and servers by providing necessary supplies
lift and place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on shelves
work efficiently in hot and damp environments
wear many hats as needed in back of house
maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
support team members with various back of house tasks
