  • Proven supervisory experience with the ability to coach mentor and develop associates
  • Strong organizational time management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced resident-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling dispatching software
  • A genuine interest in working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life

Job Duties

  • Providing leadership direction and coaching to associates in concierge and transportation services
  • Overseeing front desk concierge operations ensuring outstanding customer service and consistent resident engagement
  • Managing the community transportation program including scheduling routing and dispatching to ensure safe and timely service
  • Partnering with department leaders to create a welcoming efficient and service-oriented environment for residents and their families
  • Serving as a primary resource for residents and families responding to questions requests and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Promoting and maintaining a resident-centric culture that prioritizes personalized services and exceeds expectations
  • Developing and maintaining systems of accountability performance standards and staffing schedules
  • Collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and resident service standards
