- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/dispatching software
- A genuine interest in working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life

Job Duties
- Providing leadership, direction, and coaching to associates in concierge and transportation services
- Overseeing front desk/concierge operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and consistent resident engagement
- Managing the community transportation program, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching, to ensure safe and timely service
- Partnering with department leaders to create a welcoming, efficient, and service-oriented environment for residents and their families
- Serving as a primary resource for residents and families, responding to questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Promoting and maintaining a resident-centric culture that prioritizes personalized services and exceeds expectations
- Developing and maintaining systems of accountability, performance standards, and staffing schedules
- Collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and resident service standards
