  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/dispatching software
  • A genuine interest in working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life

Job Duties

  • Providing leadership, direction, and coaching to associates in concierge and transportation services
  • Overseeing front desk/concierge operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and consistent resident engagement
  • Managing the community transportation program, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching, to ensure safe and timely service
  • Partnering with department leaders to create a welcoming, efficient, and service-oriented environment for residents and their families
  • Serving as a primary resource for residents and families, responding to questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Promoting and maintaining a resident-centric culture that prioritizes personalized services and exceeds expectations
  • Developing and maintaining systems of accountability, performance standards, and staffing schedules
  • Collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and resident service standards
