Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in a healthcare related field
  • Minimum ten years combined experience in patient care or quality management
  • At least five years leadership experience
  • Minimum three years leadership experience in Medicare Accountable Care Organization or Clinically Integrated Network
  • Experience in hierarchical coding categories coding and documentation
  • Pharmacist license in Florida
  • Registered Nurse license (compact and Florida)

  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
  • Extensive leadership experience in Medicare Accountable Care Organizations
  • Experience in clinically integrated network settings
  • Proficiency with hierarchical coding categories and documentation
  • Strong strategic and program management skills
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

Job Duties

  • Co-leads the development and implementation of clinical and operational tools
  • designs and improves enterprise-wide quality performance and patient safety programs
  • leads and drives quality committees and quality improvement initiatives
  • provides leadership and program management for population health and ambulatory clinical quality initiatives
  • oversees education and training related to population health and ambulatory care quality improvement
  • builds and leads teams for risk coding optimization, EHR documentation improvement, and quality improvement plans
  • co-leads selection and implementation of data integration and quality reporting platforms
  • provides leadership for clinical quality performance supporting providers in dual-risk and value-based agreements
