Job Requirements
- Master's degree in a healthcare related field
- Minimum ten years combined experience in patient care or quality management
- At least five years leadership experience
- Minimum three years leadership experience in Medicare Accountable Care Organization or Clinically Integrated Network
- Experience in hierarchical coding categories coding and documentation
- Pharmacist license in Florida
- Registered Nurse license (compact and Florida)

- Extensive leadership experience in Medicare Accountable Care Organizations
- Experience in clinically integrated network settings

Job Duties
- Co-leads the development and implementation of clinical and operational tools
- designs and improves enterprise-wide quality performance and patient safety programs
- leads and drives quality committees and quality improvement initiatives
- provides leadership and program management for population health and ambulatory clinical quality initiatives
- oversees education and training related to population health and ambulatory care quality improvement
- builds and leads teams for risk coding optimization, EHR documentation improvement, and quality improvement plans
- co-leads selection and implementation of data integration and quality reporting platforms
- provides leadership for clinical quality performance supporting providers in dual-risk and value-based agreements
