As a leader in the hospitality industry, the resort combines entertainment with high operational standards to create memorable experiences for families and visitors of all ages. The organization fosters a positive culture centered on its core values: People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. These values are reflected in every aspect of the guest experience and the resort's commitment to service quality.
The role being offered is a Director of Waterpark Operations, a critical leadership position responsible for managing all facets of the waterpark. This full-time position demands a highly skilled professional to oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for guests. Additionally, the role involves managing ancillary services such as Cabana sales, towel issuance, and inventory. The Director must be capable of making critical operational decisions, including shutting down services during unsafe conditions and maintaining monthly inventories and safety supplies. Effective communication skills for conflict resolution and guest satisfaction enhancement are essential, as is a proactive approach to monitoring incident reports and emergency procedures. This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of three years in managerial roles within hotel, waterpark, or recreation operations, bringing expertise in operational leadership, guest service excellence, and team management.
