Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct ticketing management experience

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of direct ticketing management experience and sales management experience, preferably in the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry
  • familiarity with Ticketmaster products including Archtics and TM1, as well as digital ticketing platforms such as Fevo
  • strong leadership skills with proven ability to hire, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service
  • proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of ticketing strategy and execution for the International Arena League in Las Vegas, Nevada
  • develop and manage department goals and sales targets for full season, partial plan, group, premium, and single-game tickets
  • oversee the day-to-day performance and development of a multi-person team across tickets, service, and operations
  • manage all ticketing systems and platforms including Fevo, Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster Archtics, and TM1, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity
  • work cross-functionally with operations, event services, and finance teams to ensure seamless ticketing execution and accurate revenue tracking
  • serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, premium buyers, and large groups, resolving escalated issues and providing top-tier service
  • develop pricing strategies, inventory management plans, and reporting dashboards to drive profitability and maximize attendance
  • ensure superior customer service and responsiveness through proactive training and development of all front-line ticketing staff
  • lead game day ticket operations, including box office oversight, access control, issue resolution, and customer support
  • stay current with ticketing technology trends, sales methodologies, and best practices across the sports and entertainment industry
