The role of Director of Spa at Hilton Anatole is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all spa-related operations including the Spa, Fitness Center, and Salon. The Director is charged with ensuring that these services operate smoothly and efficiently to meet the highest standards of guest service and financial performance. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years of experience in spa or wellness management
  • prior experience leading a spa or fitness center team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • commitment to delivering outstanding guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • extensive experience in spa, fitness, and salon management
  • proven track record in team leadership and staff development

  • knowledge of spa industry trends and marketing strategies

Job Duties

  • Direct and administer all Spa operations to include guest service, product quality and innovation, merchandising and marketing revenue generation, inventory management and cost controls, systems use and management, budget and forecasting, report generation, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement, and meeting participation and facilitation
  • develop and implement spa menus and marketing strategies
  • initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote spa services to maximize overall revenue
  • monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward
  • recruit, interview, and train team members
  • ensure team members have current knowledge of spa products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies
  • resolve guest issues and concerns to guest satisfaction
