Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid TAM card
  • valid health card
  • experience in spa or hospitality operations preferred
  • knowledge of spa industry standards

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the spa
  • conduct retail product research and purchasing
  • manage supplies and equipment inventories within budget
  • ensure spa equipment receives regular maintenance
  • maintain cleanliness of spa and related areas
  • create and maintain spa wellness and fitness programs
  • evaluate new products and enhancements
  • supervise associate incentive programs for upselling and retail commission
  • ensure proper distribution of service charges
  • ensure spa safety and compliance with loss prevention policies
  • interact with guests to obtain feedback and handle complaints
  • empower associates to provide excellent customer service
  • review service behaviors and provide feedback
  • participate in corrective action plans
  • emphasize guest satisfaction in meetings
  • interview and hire spa associates
  • support new hire training and cross-training
  • supervise ongoing training programs
