Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid TAM card
- valid health card
- experience in spa or hospitality operations preferred
- knowledge of spa industry standards

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the spa
- conduct retail product research and purchasing
- manage supplies and equipment inventories within budget
- ensure spa equipment receives regular maintenance
- maintain cleanliness of spa and related areas
- create and maintain spa wellness and fitness programs
- evaluate new products and enhancements
- supervise associate incentive programs for upselling and retail commission
- ensure proper distribution of service charges
- ensure spa safety and compliance with loss prevention policies
- interact with guests to obtain feedback and handle complaints
- empower associates to provide excellent customer service
- review service behaviors and provide feedback
- participate in corrective action plans
- emphasize guest satisfaction in meetings
- interview and hire spa associates
- support new hire training and cross-training
- supervise ongoing training programs
- communicate performance expectations
- participate in associate performance appraisals
- maintain open relationships with associates
- solicit and address associate feedback
- participate in progressive discipline procedures
