Job Description

Cuvée is a prestigious luxury brand dedicated to developing the world’s most elevated collection of ultra-luxury private villas and chalets in the world’s most sought-after destinations. With a global portfolio of about 100 exceptional luxury homes, Cuvée is on a mission to expand this impressive collection to over 300 properties by the end of 2027. This ambitious growth plan reflects the company’s commitment to excellence and leadership in the ultra-luxury travel market. Each destination managed by Cuvée is supported by a dedicated on-site team that oversees every guest experience touchpoint and provides unparalleled support to property owners. These on-site teams are experts in curating personalized and authentic travel experiences that connect guests to the local culture through bespoke design, tailor-made guest planning, and immersive cultural experiences crafted by true locals.

The reputation of Cuvée is built on delivering unmatched quality and personalization, earning consistent perfect ratings and receiving feedback from over 96% of guests. This marks the highest level of guest satisfaction in the industry. Cuvée’s dedication to providing an exceptional, curated travel experience is evident in every aspect of their operations, from the elegant architecture and couture design of their properties to the intricate attention to detail in guest services and personalized experiences.

The Director of Sales at Cuvée holds a crucial leadership position responsible for spearheading the business growth through strategic planning and execution within direct, digital, and travel advisor partner channels. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of managing and motivating a sales team across the entire sales cycle to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where initiative, urgency, and drive are critical to success.

A significant part of the role involves driving sales performance by leveraging high-impact sales strategies aimed at selling open inventory, generating leads, and expanding business segments significantly. The Director of Sales must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a persuasive selling style to effectively engage a variety of business partners while nurturing a culture of accountability and high performance within the team. Flexibility with scheduling, including nights and weekends, is necessary to align with guest needs and industry demands.

In summary, this is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales leader passionate about luxury travel and committed to growing a dynamic sales organization within a high-growth market. Cuvée offers a total compensation package commensurate with experience, ranging from $160,000 to $250,000, including base salary, commission, and bonuses. The role also includes extensive benefits such as stock options, 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, a take-what-you-need vacation policy, and a hybrid office schedule, offering excellent work-life balance and professional growth opportunities.
