The group's latest and most ambitious venture, Mexico Ceaty by Chef Jason Dady, is situated on the San Antonio River Walk inside the Shops at Rivercenter, the second most visited destination in Texas after The Alamo. Mexico Ceaty offers a unique dining experience combining innovative cuisine, exceptional service, and a vibrant atmosphere, embodying the group’s commitment to premium hospitality and culinary excellence.
The role available is a strategic growth-focused leadership position responsible for expanding catering, private dining, buyout, and offsite event revenue across multiple properties within the Jason Dady Restaurant Group, including Mexico Ceaty and other venues. This role is critical for driving significant revenue growth through an entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach. The successful candidate will be a high-performing, sales-driven leader who can architect growth strategies, develop and maintain qualified sales pipelines, close complex and high-value deals, and forge long-term corporate partnerships. They will lead initiatives that elevate the visibility and profitability of the catering and experiential dining channels. The role requires a proactive outbound sales strategy targeting venues, destination management companies (DMCs), event planners, and VIP clientele while cultivating lasting relationships with corporate accounts and community partners.
This position emphasizes the importance of forecasting accuracy, revenue pacing management, and securing high-margin buyouts and large-scale event activations to increase year-over-year catering revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments demonstrating a strong hunter mentality with disciplined follow-up skills. They must be skilled negotiators comfortable managing contracts and pricing for six-figure events and capable of representing a premium culinary brand confidently. Organizational acumen, CRM expertise, and numerical orientation are essential as is the ability to think strategically beyond individual events to unlock long-term account value.
Mexico Ceaty and the Jason Dady Restaurant Group offer competitive base salary and an aggressive performance-based commission structure linked directly to revenue growth and profitability. High performers can expect substantial earning opportunities. Employment is in-person, based in San Antonio, Texas, with relocation required before starting.
