Job Requirements

  • restaurant experience of two years preferred
  • catering experience of two years required
  • sales experience of two years required
  • willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX before starting work
  • ability to travel up to 50% preferred

Job Qualifications

  • proven track record in hospitality, luxury event, or high-volume catering sales
  • hunter mentality with disciplined follow-up
  • skilled at negotiating contracts and pricing
  • comfortable closing six-figure buyouts and large-scale events
  • confident representing a premium culinary brand
  • organized, CRM-driven, and numbers-oriented
  • event visionary and coordination
  • strategic thinker who sees beyond individual events to long-term account value

Job Duties

  • drive new catering and private event business across restaurants and offsite venues
  • build and maintain a robust qualified pipeline
  • develop and execute a proactive outbound sales strategy and key relationships with venues, DMCs, planners, and VIP clientele
  • cultivate corporate accounts, event planners, venue partners, and community relationships
  • secure high-margin buyouts and large-scale activations
  • forecast accurately and manage revenue pacing month-to-month
  • increase year-over-year catering revenue and profitability
