Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience managing a sales team
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in sales reporting and budgeting tools

- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management

- Expertise in account management and customer service

Job Duties
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for hotel rooms and food and beverage services
- Implement and execute strategic sales plans
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Communicate effectively with clients, hotel managers, sales team, and corporate office
- Manage group arrivals, departures, and special requests
- Lead, coach, and oversee performance of Sales Managers
- Create and maintain sales reports, track sales numbers, and manage sales budgets
