This full-time, onsite role based in Springfield, MO, offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a growing team dedicated to excellence in the hospitality industry. The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving new business, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans designed to exceed revenue goals. The position demands a driven leader with a strong knowledge of the Northwest Arkansas market and a proactive, outside-sales mindset.
As the Director of Sales, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise to identify new revenue opportunities and nurture existing business with corporate, group, university-related, and local accounts. Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of the Northwest Arkansas market
- Proactive outside-sales mindset
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business
