This role is critical as it directly contributes to the hotel’s mission to "Soar to Success," by enhancing revenue streams, fostering strong relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The Director of Sales, often referred to as the Sales Captain, will lead all sales and revenue generation initiatives, working closely with other departments to align goals and maximize profitability. This is a full-time role that involves travel and a flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients and the hotel’s operational requirements.\n\nIn this role, the Director of Sales will develop and execute comprehensive annual sales and marketing plans aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue targets. They will maintain and nurture relationships with corporate clients, group planners, travel partners, and community stakeholders, often representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community functions. The Director will work collaboratively with Revenue Management teams to optimize pricing and inventory strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to expand the hotel’s market presence.\n\nAdditionally, the Director of Sales will oversee group room and event sales, ensuring that profitability and guest satisfaction are prioritized. They will be responsible for coaching and developing sales associates, providing feedback to enhance sales opportunities, and ensuring accurate sales reporting and forecasting through the hotel's CRM systems, including Hilton-specific tools like Delphi. Collaboration with the General Manager and Corporate Sales and Revenue teams is essential to ensure strategic alignment and continued growth.\n\nThe successful candidate will bring a strong background in hotel sales leadership, with proven experience managing teams and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Job Qualifications

- knowledge of hilton sales systems and CRM tools, delphi experience preferred
- professional appearance and adherence to hotel brand standards required
