- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently
- experience managing unionized labor preferred

- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- background in financial oversight and marketing
- ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years cocktail bar or upscale restaurant experience
- at least two years in a leadership role
- mastery in mixology including flavor profiles and spirits knowledge
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- experience with beverage control and inventory management
- knowledge of Micros POS system preferred
- proficiency in Excel for reporting
- creativity and innovation in cocktail development
- hospitality college degree or mixology certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Advocate and ambassador of stellar guest service
- proactively tend to guest needs with attention to detail
- lead and inspire the restaurant and mixology team
- craft a wide range of cocktails with mastery and creativity
- manage financial responsibilities including budgeting and marketing
- collaborate with other departments to enhance dining and bar experience
- oversee beverage control, inventory management, and maintain a clean work environment
