Job Requirements

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently
  • experience managing unionized labor preferred
  • strong attention to detail and thoroughness
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • background in financial oversight and marketing
  • ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years cocktail bar or upscale restaurant experience
  • at least two years in a leadership role
  • mastery in mixology including flavor profiles and spirits knowledge
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • experience with beverage control and inventory management
  • knowledge of Micros POS system preferred
  • proficiency in Excel for reporting
  • creativity and innovation in cocktail development
  • hospitality college degree or mixology certification preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Advocate and ambassador of stellar guest service
  • proactively tend to guest needs with attention to detail
  • lead and inspire the restaurant and mixology team
  • craft a wide range of cocktails with mastery and creativity
  • manage financial responsibilities including budgeting and marketing
  • collaborate with other departments to enhance dining and bar experience
  • oversee beverage control, inventory management, and maintain a clean work environment
