Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event management
- OR 2-year degree in relevant field
- Minimum 4 years of related professional experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Understanding of economic and accounting principles
- Ability to manage budgets and financial resources
- Familiarity with food safety and liquor laws
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years in food and beverage or related field
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related with 4 years experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of economics, accounting, and financial management
- Ability in analytical and critical thinking
- Proficient in management of financial and material resources
- Experienced in administration and leadership techniques
- Knowledgeable in food production, presentation, and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service daily operations
