Job Requirements
- education level bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years food and beverage management experience
- demonstrated profit and loss management skills
- strong communication and leadership abilities
- ability to train staff in safety and sanitation
- availability for varied shifts including mornings and evenings
- fluency in English
- prior experience with POS systems
- certifications including Serve Safe, TIPS or CARE, CPR preferred
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- full profit and loss management experience
- strong financial acumen
- excellent business communication skills
- professional appearance and confident attitude
- excellent problem-solving skills
- experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management
- experience with ALOHA POS or MICROS POS system
- current Serve Safe certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE certification
- CPR certification preferred
- ability to work both AM and PM shifts
- fluent in English
- ability to train employees in alcohol intervention, food handling, and sanitation
- effective communication with public and employees
Job Duties
- oversee operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets
- drive revenue growth and profitability
- implement innovative food and beverage concepts
- manage costs, labor, and scheduling
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team
- foster exceptional guest service and experiences
