Job Requirements

  • education level bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years food and beverage management experience
  • demonstrated profit and loss management skills
  • strong communication and leadership abilities
  • ability to train staff in safety and sanitation
  • availability for varied shifts including mornings and evenings
  • fluency in English
  • prior experience with POS systems
  • certifications including Serve Safe, TIPS or CARE, CPR preferred

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage management
  • full profit and loss management experience
  • strong financial acumen
  • excellent business communication skills
  • professional appearance and confident attitude
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management
  • experience with ALOHA POS or MICROS POS system
  • current Serve Safe certification preferred
  • TIPS or CARE certification
  • CPR certification preferred
  • ability to work both AM and PM shifts
  • fluent in English
  • ability to train employees in alcohol intervention, food handling, and sanitation
  • effective communication with public and employees
