Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or food and beverage management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage full P&L and drive profitability
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficiency in ALOHA POS or MICROS POS systems
- Valid Serve Safe certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE certification required
- CPR certification preferred
- Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to train staff in compliance and safety
- Commitment to uphold company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- Full P&L management experience with strong financial acumen
- Strong business communication skills and associate relation skills
- Present a professional appearance with a confident attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
- Experience with ALOHA POS or MICROS POS system
- Current Serve Safe certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE certification
- CPR certification preferred
- Available to work both AM and PM shifts
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to train employees in alcohol intervention, food handling and sanitation
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
Job Duties
- Oversee operations of restaurants, bars, lounges and other food and beverage outlets
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning
- Implement innovative food and beverage concepts
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage scheduling, payroll and labor for restaurant staff
- Motivate and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest service
- Maintain full P&L responsibility and cost control
