Premier Country Club in McKinney, TX - The Clubs of Stonebridge Ranch is seeking a Director of Restaurants to join their dynamic team in the hospitality and service industry. Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a fast-paced restaurant, club management, or related field in the food & beverage industry
- high-end hospitality experience with attention to detail in front-of-house service supervision
- sommelier certification and multi-unit management experience preferred
- strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite and POS (Micros)
- effective leadership, positive communication, and training skills in a high-energy, team-based environment
- bachelor's degree preferred
- food handlers certificate, alcohol safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification preferred
- ability to handle highly confidential material such as member/employee data
