Job Description

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is a distinguished vertically integrated real estate company operating with over 1,200 employees across more than 46 communities throughout Texas and Oklahoma. With a legacy spanning over two decades, IREG has successfully developed and operated a diverse portfolio of multifamily and senior living communities. The company has an impressive track record of delivering over 15,000 housing units valued at approximately $2 billion in total development. IREG's holistic approach integrates development, construction, and operational management to produce high-performing living environments that encompass affordable housing, workforce housing, and market-rate communities. Their offerings include multifamily residences, active adult communities, independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.

Innovation is at the core of IREG’s philosophy, not only in their construction techniques but also in how they nurture and grow their people. The company prides itself on building thriving communities while simultaneously developing the leaders who manage them. IREG fosters a work culture that emphasizes connection, engagement, and exceptional service delivery, making it an employer of choice within the real estate and senior living sectors.

The role of Director of Resident Programs at Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch, an IREG-operated assisted living community, represents a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the quality of life of senior residents. This full-time position demands a dynamic, relationship-oriented individual who can lead lifestyle programming and resident engagement initiatives that promote physical wellness, social interaction, and mental stimulation. The Director of Resident Programs is entrusted with the responsibility of curating and managing events, social programs, wellness activities, resident outings, and clubs to create a vibrant and active community atmosphere.

Responsibility for creating a supportive, engaging, and welcoming environment involves partnering with community leadership, residents, families, and local vendors to ensure diverse and appealing programming. The ideal candidate thrives in a hospitality-driven setting and understands the importance of fostering meaningful resident connections that inspire independence and community pride. The role is pivotal in enhancing the overall resident experience by maintaining detailed records, managing transportation logistics for events, and ensuring alignment with IREG’s standards.

This is a great opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in senior living, hospitality, or lifestyle programming to make a significant positive impact in a growing community dedicated to enriching the lives of elders. Employees at IREG enjoy competitive salaries with opportunities for professional growth along with comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, health insurance options, retirement plans, and other financial protective measures. If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences that foster connection and wellness for seniors, this role invites you to be part of a committed and innovative team shaping the future of senior living communities.
