- 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury events, hospitality, wine, lifestyle, or related industries
- Proven experience leading complex, high-touch events and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a passion for hospitality
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred

Job Duties
- Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that strengthens brand identity, deepens guest engagement, and drives revenue growth
- Conceptualize and elevate innovative event experiences that reflect the sophistication and heritage of Far Niente Wine Estates
- Partner closely with estate leadership, marketing, hospitality, and sales teams to align event programming with broader business objectives
- Oversee the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events including luxury consumer experiences, wine club events, internal celebrations, philanthropic events, and trade experiences
- Serve as a brand ambassador delivering a highly personalized and elevated guest journey from inquiry through execution
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the events team while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Manage event budgets, forecasting, profitability, and operational planning with a strategic business mindset
