Job Requirements

  • Four years' free-standing restaurant management experience
  • Strong food, wine and liquor knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Fine dining experience preferred
  • Luxury hotel experience preferred
  • High-volume experience preferred
  • Experience opening a new venue preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Complete knowledge of Micros system or similar POS system
  • Ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Responsible for opening/closing procedures
  • Maintain fast, accurate service
  • Ensure product consistency with brand standards
  • Supervise service and tabletop presentation
  • Handle guest complaints diplomatically
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Complete menu knowledge
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Manage profit and loss, labor, and financial reports
  • Monitor and control POS system
  • Schedule staff in line with budget

Job Duties

  • Administer planning, organization, and coordination of all food and beverage activities in designated outlets
  • Lead management and service teams to deliver exemplary products and services
  • Coordinate with Brand Team, Director of Food and Beverage, and Hotel Management to improve operations and address deficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, brand standards, and local regulations
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, ambiance, and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee profit and loss management, labor scheduling, cash control, and financial reporting
  • Handle guest complaints diplomatically and maintain excellent guest relations
