Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of operations management experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Previous senior leadership role experience
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting
- Ability to read and interpret business policies and training materials
- Ability to compose professional communications
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritize under pressure
- Computer proficiency including MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of operations management experience or equivalent
- Previous senior leadership experience
- Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting
- Previous P&L and income statement responsibility
- Knowledge of budget planning and financial controls
- Knowledge in sales, employment practices, and business development
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and technology applications
- Ability to plan and manage complex projects
Job Duties
- Lead team in achievement of financial and operational targets
- Direct activities of site operational leaders and support team members
- Maintain compliance with Towne Park policies and procedures
- Prepare and manage site operating budget, marketing and sales plan, and capital budget
- Partner with hotel leadership on property issues and customer service
- Train and coach operational leaders and staff
- Drive business metrics and performance measurements
- Assess and improve work processes
- Establish and maintain associate, client, and potential client relationships
- Collaborate with client leadership on business development strategies
- Present and sell Towne Park services
- Develop action plans with sales managers
- Follow up with sales leads and referrals
- Network and build community business relationships
- Manage client satisfaction, retention, and promotion strategies
- Conduct quarterly client meetings
- Analyze labor trends and staffing levels
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment
- Support training programs and management development
- Identify and prepare high potential employees for advancement
