Job Requirements
- proven multi-unit operator with experience scaling 15-20 locations
- strong developer of people (district managers and GMs)
- highly hands-on, field-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
- metrics-driven with a strong focus on profitability and execution
- comfortable in growth environments with new openings and evolving systems
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience (District Manager, Director of Operations, or similar)
- experience overseeing 10+ units with full P&L responsibility
- background in high-volume QSR or fast casual concepts (Wingstop, BWW, or similar preferred)
- proven ability to develop leaders and scale operations
- strong financial acumen (labor, COGS, revenue optimization)
- hands-on leadership style with willingness to travel extensively within the market
Job Duties
- Oversee performance across 15-20 locations with full P&L accountability
- ensure consistent execution of brand standards, service, and cleanliness
- visit each location regularly (minimum once per month
- multiple stores per day)
- lead, coach, and develop district managers (4+)
- build strong leadership pipelines and improve retention
- establish accountability and performance-driven culture
- drive sales, labor efficiency, and cost controls across all units
- monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve profitability
- own profit-based performance tied to bonus structure
- support new unit openings and market expansion initiatives
- build operational infrastructure for scalable growth
- partner with senior leadership on long-term strategy
- ensure stores are clean, efficient, and operating to standard
- implement systems, processes, and training to drive consistency
- maintain high customer service standards across all locations
