Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide senior-level oversight and direction for daily operations, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and professional development of unit leadership and staff
  • exercise managerial authority over restaurant management including performance reviews, goal setting, and corrective actions
  • ensure all restaurant units maintain operational efficiency and quality standards by fostering leadership culture
  • assume accountability for adherence to company policies and management systems
  • manage and develop General Managers including hiring, training, and career progression
  • ensure premium product quality through a robust quality control system
  • communicate and enforce brand standards and operational tools
  • verify compliance with food safety, health regulations, and certifications
  • supervise performance activities through management structure
  • assume full responsibility for territory business functions in absence of Regional Vice President
  • guide unit managers in recruitment, staffing, training, and presentation standards
  • oversee documentation of performance issues and disciplinary procedures
  • mentor and coach unit management to foster positive work environment
  • contribute to sales and profitability goals through customer-focused service models
  • develop strategies to reverse negative operational trends and enhance financial performance
  • monitor and enforce financial controls and cash management protocols
