Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and event strategy
  • strong understanding of budgeting, KPI reporting, and performance analysis
  • experience managing agencies and external vendors
  • ability to balance strategic planning with practical execution
  • strong communication and organizational leadership skills
  • experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, attractions, events, tourism, or other high-volume consumer environments preferred
  • multi-location operational experience strongly preferred
  • bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead annual marketing and event planning across all locations
  • develop campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives that drive attendance, vendor participation, and revenue
  • support vendor attraction, retention, and engagement initiatives in coordination with operational leadership
  • manage external agency relationships, media plans, and creative approvals
  • oversee marketing budgets and performance reporting
  • define and track KPIs tied to business outcomes
  • maintain brand standards and campaign consistency across locations
  • coordinate marketing activity across paid media, organic social, CRM, website, events, and local execution
  • oversee public relations, earned media, and crisis communications support
  • support website and e-commerce performance as core business channels
  • partner with General Managers and leadership teams to align local execution with company strategy
