Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of human resources management experience
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ability to manage employee relations including discipline and termination
  • Experience in coordinating training and professional development

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • At least five years of human resources management experience
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Supervises human resources staff including overseeing daily workflow of the department
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Reviews and modifies HR policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees according to company policy
  • Coordinates professional development, training, and certification activities
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
