Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of five years of human resources management experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Ability to manage employee relations including discipline and termination
- Experience in coordinating training and professional development
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- At least five years of human resources management experience
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Supervises human resources staff including overseeing daily workflow of the department
- Collaborates with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies
- Monitors and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Reviews and modifies HR policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Handles discipline and termination of employees according to company policy
- Coordinates professional development, training, and certification activities
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
