The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge is a leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping department to ensure the entire resort is impeccably clean, sanitized, and guest-ready. This role includes leading a team through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, while maintaining inventory control and budget management including expenses and payroll. The Executive Housekeeper will conduct regular inspections and take corrective actions to comply with the highest standards.
