Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move up and down steps daily

- Must comply with Maryland Gaming Commission regulations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Five to ten years of related experience
- Experience at a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Eligible for gaming license
- Full-time availability
Job Qualifications

- Two-year degree in hospitality, finance, or management or equivalent work experience preferred
- Five to ten years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience at a 4 or 5 star rated hotel
- Ability to comply with state gaming regulations including obtaining a license if required
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Detail oriented
- Operational knowledge

Job Duties
- Support, develop, and implement strategic operational and service strategies to lead market occupancy, rate, and guest satisfaction
- Plan, control, communicate, and implement procedures and processes for efficient business operations under Maryland Gaming Commission conditions
- Direct and lead staff in developing strategies to accomplish objectives approved by ownership
- Oversee hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Facilities
- Partner with VP of Sales to help execute sales strategies
- Collaborate on Contact Center operations
- Liaise with Finance to ensure adherence to policies and controls
- Prepare short-term and long-term business plans and budgets
- Evaluate operational results regularly
- Support revenue optimization strategy
- Enforce and monitor learning and development to deliver 4-star service
- Ensure clear definition and understanding of expectations for direct reports
