Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to department leaders of Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, Laundry, Material Management, Transportation, and Concierge
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost control and fiscal responsibility
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development
- Address and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct regular meetings with department leaders to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies
