Job Requirements
- Education in hospitality or related field preferred
- minimum five years in front desk supervisory role
- excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
- proficiency with hotel management systems such as Opera PMS, Micros, and Microsoft Office
- strong communication skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of experience in hotel front desk management or supervisory operations
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- proficient in hotel management software including Opera PMS and Micros
- detail-oriented and effective multi-tasker
- customer service oriented with commitment to exceptional guest experiences
- prior cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead front desk operations to ensure exceptional customer service
- oversee recruitment, selection, and orientation of front office staff
- train and coach team members to maintain high performance
- conduct performance reviews and implement recognition programs
- collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- manage daily operational tasks including cash handling
- maintain proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
