The role of Director of Front Office at Grand Bohemian Orlando is pivotal to the hotel's commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Job Requirements

  • Education in hospitality or related field preferred
  • minimum five years in front desk supervisory role
  • excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
  • proficiency with hotel management systems such as Opera PMS, Micros, and Microsoft Office
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of experience in hotel front desk management or supervisory operations
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • proficient in hotel management software including Opera PMS and Micros
  • detail-oriented and effective multi-tasker
  • customer service oriented with commitment to exceptional guest experiences
  • prior cash handling experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
