Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
- At least two years progressive management experience within the Rooms Division of a hotel
- Prior experience with hotel pre-opening preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Ability to analyze guest feedback and resolve issues creatively
- Physical ability to support hands-on operations when needed
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- Four years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
- Hotel pre-opening experience preferred
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
- At least two years progressive management experience within the Rooms Division of a hotel
- Hotel or hospitality degree an asset
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of Front Office operations through both short- and long-term planning
- Develop and manage budgets, labor plans, and objectives within approved guidelines
- Proactively analyze guest feedback and resolve concerns with creativity and care
- Oversee room inventory management and the full transportation process from pre-arrival through departure
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures to elevate efficiency, consistency, and colleague performance
- Inspire, coach, and develop team members in alignment with Miraval service standards
- Step in as needed to support Front Office operations hands-on
