Job Requirements

  • Experience in hotel leadership roles
  • Knowledge of financial management principles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience in recruitment and staff development
  • Proficiency in operational and payroll management

Job Qualifications

  • Prior hotel leadership experience
  • Experience with budgeting, long range forecasting, and profit and loss critique
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Ability to problem solve creatively and execute strategies effectively
  • Familiarity with upscale hotel brand standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Develop department strategy supporting daily front office operations
  • Drive action planning and goal setting for guest satisfaction score, brand standards audit, associate engagement survey, profit and loss, turnover
  • Play a key role in recruiting, hiring, orientation, coaching, development and performance management
  • Perform hands-on duties including financials, payroll and scheduling
  • Promote a positive and engaging work environment for front office associates
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational policies
  • Monitor and analyze financial metrics to achieve budgetary targets
