Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel leadership roles
- Knowledge of financial management principles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience in recruitment and staff development
- Proficiency in operational and payroll management
Job Qualifications
- Prior hotel leadership experience
- Experience with budgeting, long range forecasting, and profit and loss critique
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Ability to problem solve creatively and execute strategies effectively
- Familiarity with upscale hotel brand standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Develop department strategy supporting daily front office operations
- Drive action planning and goal setting for guest satisfaction score, brand standards audit, associate engagement survey, profit and loss, turnover
- Play a key role in recruiting, hiring, orientation, coaching, development and performance management
- Perform hands-on duties including financials, payroll and scheduling
- Promote a positive and engaging work environment for front office associates
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational policies
- Monitor and analyze financial metrics to achieve budgetary targets
