Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
- Or 2-year degree in relevant field with minimum 4 years experience
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience with managing security personnel preferred
- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major preferred
- Minimum 4 to 6 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and operations effectively
- Experience in handling guest relations and problem resolution
- Knowledge of front office operations and security management
- Skilled in financial and budget management
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Comfortable using technology and management software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Job Duties
- Lead front desk, guest services, and security teams
- Advocate sound financial and business decision making
- Oversee day-to-day front office operations including guest arrival and departure
- Manage and supervise employees across all front office functions
- Handle guest complaints and ensure resolution
- Maintain a safe and secure environment through security management
- Coordinate staffing levels and schedule assignments
- Monitor and enforce compliance with front office policies and procedures
- Conduct department meetings and communicate goals
- Develop and implement plans to improve guest satisfaction
- Manage human resource activities including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and discipline
- Prepare reports and recommendations for expenditures and maintenance
