Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in food and beverage management
- Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets
- Ability to lead and motivate large teams
- Solid understanding of union management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
