We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Operations Director to lead and manage our food and beverage services during events. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring budget management, operational compliance, and resolution of administrative issues
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients throughout the entire event process, from planning to execution and follow-up
- Provide strategic leadership and maintain effective communication among clients, Event Managers, Culinary and Purchasing departments, and operations staff
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage services during events
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance to implement improvements and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage staffing needs and training within the Food & Beverage team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage operations
