Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • minimum 7 years progressive experience in food and beverage management
  • at least 3 years in directorial or senior management role
  • proven experience in P&L management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets

Job Qualifications
