Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- minimum 7 years progressive experience in food and beverage management
- at least 3 years in directorial or senior management role
- proven experience in P&L management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets
