Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in food and beverage leadership roles
- Hands-on experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial performance management
- Familiarity with Hilton brand standards and hospitality best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Extensive experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a full-service hotel environment
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on management style
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, health and safety regulations
- Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative environment
- Experience with menu development and cost control
Job Duties
- Plan and direct functions of administration and food and beverage planning to meet operational needs
- Describe, assign, and delegate responsibility for food and beverage sub-departments such as room service, restaurants, banquet, kitchens, and stewards
- Monitor and develop operational schedules for restaurants and bars to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with chefs and restaurant managers on menu design and merchandising to attract customers
- Implement controls on food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor budgets to remain within limits
- Assist managers to achieve profit goals and quality standards in food, service, and cleanliness
- Review customer satisfaction and address complaints promptly
- Develop operating tools like budgeting, forecasting, purchase specifications, recipes, and job descriptions
- Ensure compliance with Hilton policies and local, state, and federal regulations related to food and beverage operations
