Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Education to at least bachelor’s degree level preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol service regulations
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Significant experience in food and beverage management within luxury or upscale hotel environments
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong understanding of financial management related to food and beverage operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated commitment to Hilton’s core values and hospitality standards
Job Duties
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of all Food & Beverage departments to meet daily operational needs
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and customer satisfaction
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate Food & Beverage staff
- Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest service and operational efficiency
