Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
Education to at least bachelor’s degree level preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol service regulations
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Significant experience in food and beverage management within luxury or upscale hotel environments
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong understanding of financial management related to food and beverage operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated commitment to Hilton’s core values and hospitality standards

Job Duties

Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of all Food & Beverage departments to meet daily operational needs
Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and customer satisfaction
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate Food & Beverage staff
Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest service and operational efficiency
