Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
  • Education to at least bachelor’s degree level preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol service regulations
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Significant experience in food and beverage management within luxury or upscale hotel environments
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong understanding of financial management related to food and beverage operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to Hilton’s core values and hospitality standards

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of all Food & Beverage departments to meet daily operational needs
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and customer satisfaction
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate Food & Beverage staff
  • Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest service and operational efficiency
