Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or certification strongly preferred
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in a Supervisory/Leadership role in a Food and Beverage Department
  • 2 or more years of progressive experience in Hotel or Luxury Food & Beverage front of house operations
  • 1 or more years of experience in Culinary Operations
