Job Requirements
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management
- Five to seven years previous experience in food and beverage department head position showing upward growth in senior roles
- Working knowledge of division operations
- Proficiency in reading, writing and oral English
- Good skills in team building, leadership, and connection

Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day life of the division both at the operational and administrative levels
- Direct and control activities of the food and beverage departments to ensure application of Four Seasons quality standards, policies and procedures
- Explain profit and loss statements, weekly reports, and labor reports to staff such as the director of finance
- Perform controls in all areas of the food and beverage division to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare and conduct annual performance reviews and inform management of department developments
- Participate in team development through personalized monitoring and training actions
- Conduct recruitment interviews according to Four Seasons quality criteria and 'Evolve Interview Guide'
- Monitor proper management of department payroll
- Regularly oversee food and beverage staff to prevent operational difficulties
- Establish rational annual income and expenditure plans for the division
- Concentrate efforts on maximizing profit and controlling costs
- Contribute to development of the hotel's annual marketing plan to increase revenue and improve hotel image
- Work closely with general management, chefs, and beverage leaders on menus, offerings, and corporate activations
- Communicate with all hotel departments regarding business fluctuations, special guests, and groups
- Develop excellent relationships with guests, regulars, and group contacts to provide quality personalized service
- Be present on operations and position as an interlocutor of choice
- Provide personalized follow-up for each client during their stay and ensure all requests are met
- Be an ambassador of the Four Seasons philosophy and ensure it is understood and respected by all
- Work in harmony with colleagues and supervisors
