Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as an food and beverage director in a full-service multiple outlet property
  • Ability to oversee a full-service upscale restaurant, rooftop bar, coffee shop, room service, banquet and catering events
  • Strong leadership and positive team management skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and compliance
  • Experience managing administrative functions including scheduling, purchasing, hiring and terminations
  • Ability to work closely with catering and convention services
  • Skilled in monitoring labor, payroll and creating schedules to meet guest service and financial goals

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple food and beverage outlets including an upscale restaurant, rooftop bar, coffee shop, room service, banquet and catering events
  • Ensure excellent guest service standards
  • Lead and empower the food and beverage team with a positive and hands-on approach
  • Manage overall operations of food, beverage, bars, and banquet departments ensuring compliance with policies and financial goals
  • Handle administrative functions such as scheduling, purchasing, hiring, and terminations responsibly
  • Collaborate closely with catering and convention services
  • Monitor labor and payroll and create schedules balancing guest service and financial objectives
