Job Requirements
- Previous experience as an food and beverage director in a full-service multiple outlet property
- Ability to oversee a full-service upscale restaurant, rooftop bar, coffee shop, room service, banquet and catering events
- Strong leadership and positive team management skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and compliance
- Experience managing administrative functions including scheduling, purchasing, hiring and terminations
- Ability to work closely with catering and convention services
- Skilled in monitoring labor, payroll and creating schedules to meet guest service and financial goals

Job Duties
- Oversee multiple food and beverage outlets including an upscale restaurant, rooftop bar, coffee shop, room service, banquet and catering events
- Ensure excellent guest service standards
- Lead and empower the food and beverage team with a positive and hands-on approach
- Manage overall operations of food, beverage, bars, and banquet departments ensuring compliance with policies and financial goals
- Handle administrative functions such as scheduling, purchasing, hiring, and terminations responsibly
- Collaborate closely with catering and convention services
- Monitor labor and payroll and create schedules balancing guest service and financial objectives
