Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of food and beverage leadership experience in boutique or lifestyle hotels
  • Demonstrated experience in managing banquet and event operations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven financial acumen in managing budgets and controlling costs
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 plus years of food and beverage leadership in boutique or lifestyle hotels
  • Proven ability to execute banquets and events in a hotel setting
  • Strong floor presence with talent development and budget control expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Experience with financial management and cost control measures

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for two restaurants, in-room dining, and flexible indoor-outdoor event space
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 40 associates, including multiple supervisors
  • Drive financial performance through cost control and revenue initiatives
  • Manage banquet and event execution within the hotel setting
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Implement operational policies to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Collaborate with culinary and sales teams to enhance food and beverage offerings
