Exceptional customer service is a cornerstone of this position. The manager ensures that teams are empowered to provide service that exceeds guest expectations, using feedback from guest satisfaction surveys and comment cards to continually refine and enhance service delivery. The role involves regular communication across all levels of the food and beverage team to ensure that information is shared promptly and that employees are engaged and motivated.
