Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage leadership
- Experience managing multiple dining outlets and banquet operations
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
