Job Requirements
- Proven experience in food and beverage management at a full-service hotel
- Familiarity with Hilton brand standards preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of scheduling, purchasing, and hiring processes
- Understanding of financial management and cost control
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as Food and Beverage Manager or Director in a full-service hotel
- Experience with Hilton brand preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and meet financial targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Skilled in staff training and development
Job Duties
- Oversee overall operation of food and beverages, bars, and banquet departments delivering quality service
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while meeting or exceeding financial goals
- Manage all administrative functions such as scheduling, purchasing, hiring, and terminations of associates in a fiscally responsible manner
- Work closely with catering and convention services to coordinate events and services
- Lead and train food and beverage staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest and employee experience
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability
