Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management at a full-service hotel
  • Familiarity with Hilton brand standards preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Knowledge of scheduling, purchasing, and hiring processes
  • Understanding of financial management and cost control
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as Food and Beverage Manager or Director in a full-service hotel
  • Experience with Hilton brand preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and meet financial targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Skilled in staff training and development

Job Duties

  • Oversee overall operation of food and beverages, bars, and banquet departments delivering quality service
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while meeting or exceeding financial goals
  • Manage all administrative functions such as scheduling, purchasing, hiring, and terminations of associates in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Work closely with catering and convention services to coordinate events and services
  • Lead and train food and beverage staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest and employee experience
  • Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability
