As the Director of Food and Beverage for one of their premier golf clubs in Houston, TX, the role is pivotal in shaping the culinary and beverage offerings that define the member experience. The Director will lead and oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, including fine dining restaurants, banquet services, and beverage operations. This position demands a strategic visionary who can drive revenue growth while maintaining exemplary standards in quality, service, and sanitation.

The Director will be responsible for managing budgets, implementing cost controls, overseeing inventory and purchasing, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Additionally, the role requires recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team comprising managers, chefs, and service staff to deliver seamless and memorable dining experiences. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management culinary arts or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in food and beverage management roles
  • Experience in upscale or private club settings preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in food and beverage management preferably in upscale or private club settings
  • Strong financial acumen including budget management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication team-building and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Lead all food and beverage operations including dining outlets banquet events and beverage services
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue enhance member satisfaction and maintain operational excellence
