Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests and residents upon arrival
  • Manage front desk operations including phone calls and appointments
  • Coordinate communication between residents, visitors, and staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Address resident and guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Support the hospitality team to enhance resident experience
